Learn · A small daily practice

One bead.
One breath.
One intention.

You can begin without buying anything.

Practice does not need a perfect room or a long stretch of free time. It can begin in the small space before the next thing.

1. Arrive.

Put down your phone for a moment. Feel your feet where they rest. If you have a bead or bracelet, hold it lightly. If you do not, let your hands rest together.

2. Let a breath be ordinary.

Notice one easy breath without forcing its depth or pace. There is nothing you need to achieve. If counting feels distracting, leave the numbers out.

3. Choose one word.

Calm. Here. Enough. Care. Choose a word that feels useful today, rather than one you think you should choose.

4. Return to the day.

Let the object go. Carry the word with you into one small action: closing an extra tab, listening without reaching for your phone, or taking the next task one step at a time.
